It's like speed dating for Estate Agents. You go first, tell us about yourself. No? Ok, here we go then...
CBSlade Property Group came about in September 2008. The market was in a bit of a slump and so Christian saw an opportunity. We started the company with the core values of honesty and integrity, but making sure we combined it with cutting edge technology and industry leading marketing. A 'David' to the 'Goliath's' if you will (but probably not still written about 30 centuries later). We're grown up enough to admit we do not get everything write right, but we focus on the basics and ensure they are done as well as possible, and then fix the bits that need fixing.
We are a proper family business (three generations in fact) but we are not stuck in our ways and we thank the kids for that. We positively embrace change and are always challenging ourselves and pushing the boundaries of what we do. We believe in great communication and are available in a whole range of different ways and virtually at any time. We form meaningful, long term relationships with our clients and most of our business comes from the 'R's' - repeats, recommendations, and referrals.

The family
Most people call it 'the team', we just call it family. All you need to know is that we have more experience than most and share a no nonsense approach to getting things done.
Nana
Like any good matriarch, Liz is the glue that holds us all together. If you have any admin that needs doing, or if the boys need chasing, Lizzie is the one you need. She is always the hardest working in the office and never allowed to retire.
Outside of the office, well, its pretty much more of the same to be honest. No-one said being the head of the family was easy...
Dad
Christian has been an estate agent since he was 21, and is therefore a well known figure in property circles throughout the area. Most of his days are spent dashing between appointments and 'wondering where the day has gone'.
When not working, you will find him watching rugby or motorsport, spending time with the kids, and still actually working whilst he tries to pretend he isn't.
Son
The newest member of the team, but already with 19 years of experience in the business, Archie brings a fresh, dynamic outlook to any problems and offers creative solutions with ease.
Outside of the office, he is studying for a Business & Management degree and enjoys doing whatever it is young people do these days (we find it better not to ask).
The Dog
The real brains behind the whole operation, Rum can often be found lounging around the office or waiting under the desks for dropped food at lunchtime.
He has an infinitely calming effect during stressful negotiations and is the go to guy if you need to know about local walks or dog friendly pubs in the area.
